“Whats the Craic?
The Craic is mighty!”
– an unknown Irishman
Craic Capital is a private investment company aimed at acquiring majority shareholdings in extraordinary small and medium enterprises in the Benelux with a proven and profitable business model – enterprise value range € 2.5 – € 25.0 M.
Craic Capital’s main objective is long-term value creation.
The background of a transaction can be a Management Buy-in, divestment of a division of a large company or a pre-exit. In any scenario, Craic Capital wants management teams to co-invest in order to have financial commitment and align interests of management with shareholders.
Craic Capital funds its deals on a case-by-case basis and has no pre-determined exit deadlines. This ensures that there is no pressure to put raised funds to work and allows portfolio companies to always focus on long-term value creation.
Craic Capital currently holds (mostly majority) interests in 8 companies.
